FINAL DRAFT DOCUMENT AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT!

The Village of Union Springs has completed the final draft version of the LWRP document, and has requested that NYS DOS initiate the required 60-Day Agency Review.
During this time, NYS DOS will request comments from state and federal agencies on the document. The Village is taking this opportunity to seek additional comments from the community as well.
Comments will be collected by NYS DOS and County Planning Staff, and any final revisions will be made in June. If all goes well, the Village Board will hold a series of public hearings starting in July for all of the proposed laws (located in the appendices) and the LWRP document itself before they can officially adopt them.
